Mary Harvey
*Mary Harvey, the ex-wife of comedian Steve Harvey, who hosts ”Family Feud” and a nationally syndicated radio show, recently made a phone call to blast the “Family Feud” host, who had her thown in jail over the Halloween weekend.
It’s been a contentious battle between Mary and Steve Harvey, who have been battling over custody of their son, Wynton, who lives with Steve.
According to Mary, the two have been battling since 2005.
“Here is almost 2012, and this motherf**ker still won’t get off my ass,” she declared. “He should have squared all of this with me in 2005.
“He’s got a movie coming out, he’s got this talk show he’s trying to do, so he’s just trying to squash me,” Mary said.
Mary talked to Shanae Hall, revealing that she was on her way to the drugstore with Steve, one of her sons from her previous marriage, when four policemen approached her.
“They took me to jail. I was there all day long,” said Mary. “Nobody knew where I was.
“Steve (ex-husband) wanted to serve me with a lawsuit when I walked out of that jail, and that’s what happened. Now, I have to show up in court on Nov. 11. He’s alleging that he is in fear that I’m going to show up at the radio station or at his house or that I’m going to show up at one of his comedy venues, you know? Now he’s going to get it to where there’s a restraining order against me,” she said.
Mary said she is not surprised that Steve had her thown in jail. “You call your lawyer and come up with 30 f**king pages of what I’ve done to you?” she blasted.
“Now that he thinks the public is not looking anymore, he can go back to doing what he’s always been doing…he’s dogging and bullying me when he thinks nobody’s looking.”
Mary said she hasn’t seen Wynton in a year.
“Steve claims that I’m going to use Wynton to create a celebrity status for myself. Ain’t that some shit? Now it’s all about, ‘She’s trying to hurt Wynton.” Wynton’s been texting me, saying ‘Mom, when am I going to see you?’ He texted me the day before I went to jail. He said, ‘Mom, when am I going to see you again?”
“He won’t even let me see Wynton,” said Mary. ‘He’s like, ‘Let’s send the police after Mary.’ When are they going to send the police after his ass?”
“Now this bastard (Steve) is in court saying I need to be restrained from seeing Wynton. He’s already restraining me from seeing Wynton,” Mary claims.
Mary also claims that the judge favors Steve. “He’s got a damn speed dial on this damn judge. He calls his lawyer and comes up with 30 f**king pages of what I’ve done to you?
“He (Steve) is trying to restrict me from having a reality show, a book deal, going on radio, doing anything. He’s almost trying to have me bound and gagged under the court system. What am I supposed to do?” Pausing, she added, “What the hell is it that he wants? What the hell is he trying to sue me for? When do I get a chance to live my life?”
Mary has done several several interviews on her domestic problems regarding Steve Harvey on YouTube and apparently is not taking Harvey’s actions in stride.
“This needs to be out there. He’s a coward and a bitch, and he always has been,” said Mary. “I’m going to the drugstore and the next thing you know, my ass is in jail like I shot somebody or something. It’s just wrong that one dude who has power and privilege is trying to shut my ass completely down over some shit he did.”
Continuing, she said, “It’s trick or treat. You don’t get the treat, you get the trick. It’s like trick or treat, bitch. He won’t get off my back, plain and simple.”
As of this posting, the Steve Harvey camp had not responded to our request for a response to Mary’s comments.

This is going to come back to bite him in the ass, royally! All good things come to an end and eventually, he will have to face God with what he’s doing to her. However, she played herself because all she needed was a good lawyer to keep from getting screwed when he divorced her and why she failed to use that common sense nobody knows…

Capitalism, got to love it.
Not only does 1% control 99% of the wealth, but they can always pay to make their victim look like the bad guy.
In a capitalist system, the police are there to protect the interest of the wealthy. That is why I can’t get this occupy Wall Street protest movement. How are they still so unfocused? All this marching not going to accomplish a damn thing unless they get organized and get the right people in place.
The activism should be about electing lawmakers, district attorneys, judges, presidents to control the corrupt police system and the criminal bankers ripping people off, stealing their houses, charging outrageous interests.
As for Steve Horsemouth Harvey, I can only hope he gets his day. But with black women continuing to support him despite his despicable behavior to his son’s mother, I’m not going to put any money on that happening.

I’m sorta chuckling at this story and the notion that a man is using the same courts women use when going after men/fathers.

Steve Harvey’s ex-wife Mary was arrested for “something.” It’s very interesting that she did not tell us just WHAT she was arrested for. Folks, there are three sides to every story…his, hers, and the truth. I still support Steve Harvey and will absolutely continue to listen to his Steve Harvey Morning radio Show (and Tom Joyner’s too
), but as that old Keith Sweat jam goes, “Something Just Ain’t Right” (to me) with some of Mary’s stories (including this one). “Thou that protesteth too much” folks.

If you had listened to the damn tape you would hear her giving the reason.
She clearly said she filed a continuance in March to get the hearing postponed. As she said, they didn’t get it, it wasn’t prepared right or they didn’t accept it, but she assumed she didn’t need to appear. Steve then filed a motion to get her arrested for missing that court date.

how old is their son, that he has a cell phone to text but, can’t drive, call a cab or take a bus, so HIS punk ass can see his mother? and if their relationship is so contetious, Why was she WITH Steve going drugstore or any where for that matter? Hi nightshift…They said she was going to the store with her SON, Steve, that she had before she married Harvey. It must be really hard for her son Wynton to be in the middle of this nonsense, no matter how old he is. I mean, she’s not a criminal (I don’t guess), so why would they not have some kind of sensible arrangement for visitation? I agree she needs to move on FROM HIM, but how do you do that when you have a child involved?

OK, so when I did the additional research…the “something” that she was arrested for is, failure to appear in court. Doesn’t seem like a situation that Steve created for her….a judge told her she had to appear and she didn’t, when you disobey a judge, jail is typically the end result.

And why was she supposed to attend a hearing in the first place if not for Steve Harvey.
It’s his fault why she got arrested.
Are people really that shallow that they can’t see what’s going on. Steve Harvey wants to have his way without being accountable to this woman. He has her son, so how can she move on? He’s the one that needs to move on, but instead he’s making her life a living hell.
Now she has twenty days to respond to another bullshit law suit from Steve Horsemouth Harvey. In thirty fucking pages, this idiot now claiming she’s going to show up at his radio station, his house, his comedy venues; she’s going to use his son to create a celebrity status for herself.
As Mary asked, are they going to restrain her from having a life?
