*It looks like super star Rihanna is hitting a plateau.
Sales results are in for both RiRi and R&B veteran Mary J. Blige and it’s not looking too good.
Rihanna’s single, “We Found Love” which seems to be very popular right now isn’t going to do much, sales-wise, for her newest album “Talk That Talk.”
According to Hits Daily Double, “Talk” is on pace to debut at No. 2 on the charts next week, with predictions to move 180,000 to 200,000 copies in its first week. Her last album ‘LOUD’ debuted on the charts last year with 207,000 copies.
The queen of Hip Hop is also looking kind of drab on the charts. It looks like she’s on the way to reach the No. 4 spot with the sequel of her 1994 classic “My Life” with “My Life II: The Journey Continues (Act I). Blige’s follow up album is expected to debut somewhere between 120,000 to 140,000 copies next week.
