*Rapper Too Short had to spend much of Tuesday trying to convince people that he’s not dead.
Rumors of his death spread across the Internet after a prank story reported that he suffered a fatal heart attack. Then someone attempted to change his Wikipedia page to reflect the untrue report.
In fact, the Oakland rapper has been busy in the studio recording a new album.
He took a break to tweet the truth to his followers: “Stop calling my phone. I’m not dead. Been in the lab working on my 19th album… Are u (sic) serious? How did they say I died this time? And when did Wikipidia (sic) & Twitter become reliable news sources???…
“Thanks for the calls, texts, emails & tweets. It’s good to know y’all got love for me. ReTweet it & Facebook post it. 2Short’s Alive.”
This is a shame. This isn’t the first time there has been a rumor that $hort has died. I remember the rumors of him being dead when I was elementary school. LOL! I’m glad he’s not dead.
