*While Usher’s in the studio making new beats, his brother is getting arrested for beating on his girlfriend.
The singer’s little brother, James Lackey was detained at his home after police found enough evidence to charge him with domestic violence, cruelty to children and reckless conduct.
A source tells Taletela.com, Lackey had beaten up his girlfriend and may have hit their baby. So he was released on a $5,500 bail after spending two nights in jail.
Striking your girlfreidn is bad enough But hiiting your baby is really despicable. What a LOOSER this guy is. Usher have a talk with your little bro PLEASE!!!

Usher can talk to him if he wants, but that man is grown and needs to accept the consequences of his actions. And I wouldn’t blame Usher one bit if he washed his hands of him!
