Herman Cain denies allegations of an affair during an appearance on CNN's "Situation Room" (Nov. 28, 2011)
*Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain has decided to get ahead of a story that is about to break regarding more allegations that he has cheated on his wife – this time by maintaining a long-term extra-marital affair.
Cain tells CNN’s Wolf Blitzer that a third woman (Ginger White) will make false sexual accusations against him, but he denies the new allegations and said he plans to stay in the race.
“This individual is going to accuse me of an affair for an extended period of time,” Cain told CNN’s Wolf Blitzer on “The Situation Room.”
“I did not have an affair,” Cain continued. “I have done nothing wrong.”
Cain said his attorney has been told that an Atlanta TV station is coming out with a story about the alleged affair.
Cain has been the subject of at least two claims of sexual harassment, which he has strongly denied.

I have a feeling this long-term extra marital affair was/is probably true. He’s a Tiger Woods type of guy…just can’t figure out why he remained with Black wife and didn’t go the ‘usual’ route.
This man is a pig. How his wife remains by his side is puzzling!
Well for 13 years, there should be plenty of evidence.
Phone records, video surveillance, maybe even credit card transactions.

Oh there’s a mountain of evidence from what I hear and she’s probably upset since Cain dumped her rather abruptly. This woman even provided his personal cell number which a reporter promptly texted him and he called right back. This lady is being evicted from her home and probably trying to advertise herself like that Bialek woman who appeared with Gloria Allred.
FYI, this mistress is Black (perhaps mixed), but Black nonetheless.
I think Cain is a clown just like most do, but I have to call foul on this lady and some of the others. I think you cannot judge Cain without judging the motives of these women. What do they get out of going public? What kind of skank has no problem with proclaiming to the world that she has been sleeping with another woman’s husband? She’s all about the “truth” now, even though she spent over a decade living with this secret? We’re really supposed to believe that? lol And for the others who claimed harrassment, you got your settlement, what do you get out of reliving what a supposedly traumatic event in public? Most victims don’t want to talk about their ordeal much less shout it from the hilltops in front of the world.
No, I think these women smelled their 15 minutes of fame (or infamy) and couldn’t resist. Perhaps they even smelled dollar signs nearby. Whatever the case, their character (or lack thereof) is as much on display as is Cain’s.
Bottom line: Cain is done, has been for a long time. He’s a joke more for his lack of substance on issues than what he does with his willy. There is no need to twist the knife. Let him self-destruct on the debate stage and in interviews. No need to drag his bedroom habits in the public eye. It’s not relevant (remember when Democrats used to say that during the Clinton era?) and shouldn’t be a part of any public discussion.
This country needs to grow up, already!
Well Said TGen. Cain is no longer a major factor, he has dropped point wise in the polls and I do not see him taking back the lead. so NEXT!!
If that mistress I saw on the news is black then she’s doing a helluva a job looking white because she looked like a white woman to me.
Cain epitomizes a number of stereotypes that extends all the way to the type of women he actually prefers. Guess it was a case of “cheapa to keep her” which perhaps explains why he still has a Black wife when it’s clear he seeks out white or damn near it where his his women are concerned. I hope his wife continues to maintain a low profile and get rid of him ASAP or she could end up being further humiliated like Elizabeth Edwards.
I agree that the women does appear to be white – which would fall in line with what Cain seems to go after. Oh well…
I co-sign with you TGen. I think these women are being paid a hefty fee to make themselves look like fools. Ginger White is a Black woman who happens to have a very light skin complexion. Well, it was good while it lasted Herman. Forget about Gloria leaving this fool. She is one of those stand by man country bumpkin who rather be railroaded by the denial of her HUSband.
This fool brought this on his self. I cannot fathom someone would run for office and NOT THINK their LIFE/CHARACTER would not be scrutinized or background checked? Was he NO cognizant that such dark clouds were in his past – why in the world would he seek office? If he paid these so-called victims of sexual harassment off, didn’t he think retribution/backlash wouldn’t show it’s ugly presence? I knew when he was up in the polls something was going to knock him down and these episodes with alleged dalliances is NOW being used to attack his reputation or lack thereof. I for one am not feeling his rhetoric – but he tossed his hat in the presidential ring and therefore have to live with the scathing results of backlash!
