*Kyla Pratt is suing her ex-agent for operating without a license and she’s demanding repayment of all commissions.

Industry Entertainment Partners [EIP] sued the actress last year over unpaid commissions related to the hit Fox show “Call Me Kat.” The company said they were instrumental in helping Pratt secure a role in the third season.

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the suit read, “Pratt has performed in Call Me Kat and related projects. However, despite the parties’ agreement Pratt has refused to pay all the amounts she owed to [Industry Entertainment Partners].”

Per IEP’s lawsuit, Pratt made “material misrepresentations to [Industry Entertainment Partners] concerning her intentions to pay [Industry Entertainment Partners] the commissions arising from her earnings from Call Me Kat and related projects.

The suit seeks unspecified damages and for Pratt to pay restitution for her actions.

Pratt has filed her own lawsuit accusing the agency of not being a licensed talent agent. She said she paid IEP 10% of her earnings before terminating their agreement. Now she wants repayment of all commissions.

Meanwhile, production on “Call Me Cat” was paused following Jordan’s death last year in a car crash. He was 67. Speaking about his passing late last year, Pratt said “I find it difficult to discuss. I think of Leslie and I just think of joy. I think of happiness. He was absolutely the person that he showed the world that he was. There was not a day where Leslie Jordan had an attitude or was mad about something.”

Pratt told E! News: “He didn’t really have family out here on the west coast and I like to think of us as a work family. It’s just very, very hard. It’s weird not to have him here.”
