Jordan’s building an $8 million 37,000-square-foot home (below) at the club and could move in by the end of 2012. And that’s what’s scaring the crap out of his new neighbors, according to Jose lambiet’s Gossip Extra blog.
You see, the 6-time NBA champ isn’t following proper etiquette on the development’s pristine course.
“I don’t know which is worse,” a source said. “The half-smoked cigars in the grass or the fact he rarely plays without a posse. I’ve seen him out there with 10 people and they’re hooting and hollering. The point of living in this place is that it’s quiet.” Residents are doubly upset because there isn’t much they can do about it.
But Jordan’s spokeswoman, Estee Portnoy, assures that her boss is abiding by all the rules and there’s nothing to worry about.
“I’m sure that’s one man’s opinion. Michael is a true gentleman. He is looking forward to being a resident of the The Bears Club and abiding by the rules. Tell the residents not to worry!”
