*Oh just when you thought they were done talking about it, Vivica A Fox had to talk about her break-up with Slimm. In an interview with “Access Hollywood,” the actress shared a few more non-details, as if we needed them, about her relationship with the younger man.
“I’m enjoying being single for a little while and regrouping and focusing on myself and my career and being happy and positive,” she said.
About their breakup, she didn’t say much in a straight-forward fashion. Butt her statement was like an encoded message.
“Sometimes when you’re successful you just have to make sure that someone is coming to you with real intentions. That means taking the time to get to know them for real and make sure they’re not dating you as the celebrity,” she said. “That does make it a little bit difficult to make sure that someone isn’t marrying you for a shopping spree.”
But something isn’t adding up. Everything the actress said contradicts Slimm’s statements. Seems like they had a bitter break up.
“I’m not caught up in the fame of marrying an actress ’cause I got my own thing going,” he said in the January 2012 issue of Sister 2 Sister magazine.
Aunt Viv adds:
“Sometimes in relationships there are warning signs, and I think that … if there are warning signs, then you should pay attention to them before you get families involved and all the hoopla. And if things aren’t working out, it’s okay to move on,” she said.

She is looking more like the joker each time I see her. Once again, she played herself thinking this young guy was really going to sweat her until she gets to the aisle. She is too old for this foolishness. A blind man could see that this was not going to work. Why is she proving herself to think she has the “it factor”? These young men are not trying to wife her up. Viv needs to stay in her lane with her washed up self.
I have heard that Vivica is a bit difficult to get along with that was possibly the problem.

1st: She needs to start shopping in the mature women’s aisle – 2nd: a man with a name “slick” gots a passle of kids, who’s mamma’s may have been trying to dip in her purse, ’cause you know this “knee-grow” is not gainfully employed – 3rd: HE got tired of making thoses depends seal airtight! – 4th: “ol girl has ’90′s baggage, and never had been a “true playa”, her (real/imagined) hood exterior was cool “black-in-the-day” but, it doesn’t pay the bills and won’t foster a secure relationship. She needs to ply her trade overseas, Europeans can’t get enough of our washed up stars. i.e. Hasselhoff.
Why on earth did she get plastic surgery? The guy was a cutie but it was a wrap when she said he bought her a 5 carat engagement ring…I mean REALLY…
