Photos: Chris Paul Buys Big Bel Air Mansion from Avril Lavigne

*Newly adopted Los Angeles Clipper point guard Chris Paul is beginning to settle into his new town.

The All Star is getting ready to drop a little pocket change on a Bel Air mansion he’s buying for oh… $8.5 million from singer Avril Lavigne. Sources tell TMZ that he’s very much in love with the 12,184 square foot property located in a private community. It has 8 bedrooms, 10.5 bathrooms, a wine cellar and 10-care garage, gym, sauna and a covered outdoor living space. And with a $68 million contract, that $8.5 is pocket change.
