*Hmm, who didn’t see this coming?
It’s getting real nasty between the once lovely couple, Deion and Pilar Sanders. Now TMZ is reporting that the ex-NFL great is demanding that she get out of his house … now!
Sanders has had enough of his awkward living situation — sharing a home with the woman he’s divorcing — and now he’s asking a judge to force his estranged wife Pilar to move out.
According to docs filed in Texas last week, Deion believes the home is his separate property and that Pilar “should be ordered to vacate the residence.”
Deion believes the divorce should be governed by the prenup. As we previously reported, Pilar wants that prenup thrown out because she feels she was duped into signing it. But Deion says Pilar knew exactly what she was signing, and even consulted with lawyers beforehand.
Deion also wants the court to sanction Pilar for violating the rules of conduct for people getting divorced in Collin County … which state both parties cannot:
– Disturb the peace of the children
– Make disparaging remarks about the other or their family
– Talk about the divorce in front of the kidsLastly, Deion wants the whole thing to go through mediation, as dictated by the prenup.
And just think, at one time they made such a beautiful couple. But, like they say, beauty doesn’t always last.
WOW!!! both are adults they should be able to handle the divorce so much better than this.
If she signed a pre-nup, she needs to start looking for a job. Each party must have their own separate counsel when signing pre nups which is a good thing. Just ask Steve Harvey’s ex wife Mary. Either she was just stupid or borderline retarded to not get her own attorney and get what was legally due to her but instead she trusted Steve’s attorney to quietly settle the matter and screw her to get nothing but the clothes on his back…
What about the kids…they are hurting the most from this. This is about to become one big circus.
The kids aren’t technically “kids”. They’re teenagers and one is in college I believe. They know what’s up.
Sounds like Deion knew what he was doing. Got himself a prenup that covered all bases.
Now if we could only get them jungle fever negroes to do the same.
@Reds, jungle fever negroes…LOL…well they just love donating their money away. However I don’t blame Deion. It’s his money and he earned it. Time for Pilar to get a reality check that the free ride is over.
