*The book has been thrown at Halle Berry’s stalker.
Richard Franco – who was arrested last July after the actress’ private security caught him trespassing on her home in the Hollywood Hills – has been sentenced to 386 days in prison, reports TMZ.
He struck a deal with prosecutors by pleading no contest to felony stalking in exchange for dropping a felony burglary charge. Franco has already served 193 days in jail, so will only have to stay behind bars for another 193 days.
According to TMZ, Franco was also sentenced to five years of probation after he completes his sentence as well as one year of psychological therapy sessions.
The judge also extended Berry’s three-year restraining order against Franco, which requires him to stay at least 200 yards away from her and her three-year-old daughter Nahla for the next 10 years.
As previously reported, Franco was caught on the property three times in three days, and on one occasion broke into her guest house. He was also caught spying on Halle through a kitchen door, which caused her to call police.

Nahla a big girl now. I hope it all works out for Halle this time.
Ain’t she a little bit too big for mummy to be carrying her around like a rag doll? All on a busted foot and all.
Give the child a chance to grow, stretch her legs.
Guess she was in a hurry to get away from the Paparazzi.
Oh, what’s the point. You can run but there is really nowhere to hide from good ol’ Mr. Paparazzi.
