*Melanie “Scary Spice” Brown is moving on and moving up.

The former Spice Girl and her husband, Stephen Belafonte, are selling their country French-style Tarzana, Calif. home for $3.45 million. The compound contains five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and a gym all within 8,200 square feet of living space. Also on the more than half-acre property are a detached media-recording studio, a detached movie theater and swimming pool.

Meanwhile, former soap star Victoria Rowell is also putting her Hollywood Hills home up for sale for $2.599 million and heading East, reports the LA Times.

Located in the Beachwood Canyon area, the 4,400 square foot home sits on a quarter-acre of land with a swimming pool, four bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, beautiful views of the city, canyon and mountains, Italian-style garden, media room, library and spacious living quarters.

Rowell is selling her longtime LA home to be in New York and Atlanta with her husband of nearly two years, visual artist Radcliffe Bailey.
