*TMZ is reporting that the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services is recommending that Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry get counseling for their 3-year-old daughter Nahla as the two continue their heated custody battle.
There have been no allegations of Halle mistreating Nahla, but the nanny claims Gabriel screams at the child and has even violently yanked Nahla out of her arms.
Both Halle and Gabriel are scheduled to be in court today, according to TMZ. Sources tell the website that Halle wants the judge to prohibit Gabriel from having any contact with Nahla until a criminal child endangerment investigation targeting him is resolved. The investigation was triggered when the nanny accused Gabriel of pushing her while she was holding Nahla.

Meanwhile, TMZ is reporting that Gabriel is also asking for a restraining order against the nanny (pictured above), asking the judge in effect to fire her because Gabriel believes she is making up stories to curry favor with Halle.
TMZ also previously reported that Gabriel has agreed to enroll in anger management classes to control his temper.

Maybe its me but I’m not too comfortable with looking at these pics with her shirt off and how he cuddles and kisses this little girl. Poor Nahla, her mother is so clueless.

No…Diva…you are not the only one these pics made uncomfortable. I don’t like her running around with no shirt on OR him kissing her in her mouth and that’s not his daughter. Halle needs her other leg broke for that one!
No, Diva, it’s not just you. I am shocked and APPALLED at these photos. Gabriel Aubry could use these very photos to get FULL custody of his daughter (and I am sure his lawyer is thinking the exact same thing).

First rule, you want to keep the law out of your business as much as possible. CPS is not always your friend.
You really don’t want them to start monitoring you. Take that boyfriend of yours. Now I’m pretty sure that he being around her is completely harmless, even that kiss. Even though I was never comfortable kissing my own parents on their lips. But there are folks out there, CPS included, who will make a big fuss about that. They will even try to snatch her from you for exposing her to a ….

Reds, your last sentence is so true. There are men out there who feel no compunction about molesting a little girl because they are not her biological father. My stepfather was one of them. He didn’t lay a finger on his own daughters though.

I consider myself to be pretty progressive and I find these pics odd. Halle should go to counseling along with her daughter.The people she is with may not be perfect, but she is always creating an odd situation. In the middle of a custody fight, the pics don’t look good. He may be a very nice guy, but people interpret pics how they want to interpret them. I also hate to be this dude if they don’t last because she has a history of spinning stuff in a bad way with everyone she’s with. I can only imagine this being brought up. I dunno, it just screams inappropriate, whether its innocent or not.
