An Ohio state panel upheld their decision yesterday of a Cincinnati, Ohio pool who put a “whites only” sign at their entrance, according to the AP.

The group found on Sept. 29 that Jamie Hein, who is white, violated the Ohio Civil Rights Act by posting the sign at a pool at the duplex where the teenage girl was visiting her parents.

The landlord claimed she put the sign not because of any type of racism, but because the chemicals black girls use in their hair make the pool cloudy.

The state panel rejected her appeal and have upheld the decision.

So hair chemicals and racism was the reason for this? Give me a break. This woman should never be allowed to own a public place of business again.
