*There’s been another development in the Chris Brown/iPhone theft case in Miami and it could be a big, big problem Mr. Brown.
The woman who claims Brown robbed her of her cell phone was captured on video obtained by TMZ, clearly agitated as she tells cops, “He snatched my phone.”
Christal Spann and her 2 friends seem spontaneous and upset as she exclaims several times, “I just want my phone back.”
One of Spann’s friends told police, Brown exclaimed, “Bitch, you not gonna put this up on no website.”
Spann filed a police report, claiming she was attempting to take a picture of Brown early Sunday morning in Miami when he ripped her phone out of her hand and drove away.
Brown is being investigated for the crime of “robbery by sudden snatching.” If he’s arrested, authorities in L.A. could move to violate his probation in the Rihanna beating case, and that could land him in California prison for 4 years.

I’m laughing at Chris too. I’m laughing at his reported wish to get back with Rhee while trying to hide his dirt with groupies. Laughing at her too for the poor judgement involved with considering taking dude back. At this point I’m hopeful they do get back together. Taking over/under bets on how long it will be before some ignorant/tragic sh*t pops off between them. Once we know they’re a thing again I give it 9 months, only because at heart I’m an optimist.

Of course, when you take, snatch, rip someone’s property off that does not belong to you, and fail to return item back to the individual it is simply called theft / robbery. LOL TMZ captured cell phone incident on video and showed how the woman was clearly agitated as she spoke with the cops and filed a police report. Yes, he faces the possibility on getting arrested where it could violate his probation in the Rihanna beating case that stem from 3 years ago, sure this could put him behind bars for a few years. Something is very wrong with Chris Brown who even bit Rihanna as if he was a damn vampire. Just wait, Chris will eventually come to his senses and issue that same ol’ remorseful apology to his fans and the girl who he had taken the phone from. Actually, I don’t think that would work, since this is a criminal case.
He may try to pay her to change her statement about the phone being snatched, but it might be too late for that. The bodyguard already turned in the phone to the cops. So they have evidence of a “robbery by sudden snatching.”
Unless he want to take the chance of bribing the prosecutor not to file charge.
No, you could get into even more serious trouble for that.
Chris better invest his money in a good lawyer, possibly one with connections with the Miami DA.
But even if they succeed in getting the prosecutor in Miami to drop the charges, he still has to persuade his LA probation judge not to put him in jail for probation violation.
This whole situation with Chris and Rihanna has the potential to end more sadly than the Whitney/Bobby tragedy, wow.
I work with people who are dual diagnosed with mental illness and developmental disabilities. I tell the ones who can grasp idea that “help” is when I try to convince you not to do something that has the risk of bringing you harm. Help is not me trying to clean up you ish after you have made a bad decision.
