*As reported, Cissy Houston is furious with the National Inquirer after they printed a photo of her daughter Whitney Houston ‘s open casket on the cover of their latest issue. My Fox Chicago is now reporting that she’s is demanding a lie detector test on anyone she thinks may have been responsible for the photograph.
The National Enquirer posted the picture of Houston earlier this week, causing outrage from other media outlets and fans of the deceased star. Yet the magazine’s publisher Mary Beth Wright told Fox News “I thought it was beautiful.”
The publication didn’t have a credit for the photograph and have been refusing to reveal who might’ve taken it. It’s thought that they’d have paid close to a six-figure sum to attain the picture.
Cissy has reportedly asked for anyone who possibly could have taken the photo – including family members, close friends and those from the funeral home staff – to take a lie-detector test.
Yeah its definitely someone in your camp Cissy or maybe somebody at that funeral home.
I’m not sure who took the picture and sold it, but if the national enquirer published it, they need to sued to the 10th power. Cissy please handle this. Its disrespectful to Cissy, Krissy, the family, friends and the fans! We all want answers so we get the closure.
Morbid yes, but it was a damn good shot. Lie detector tests are as accurate as Dionne’s psychic gig or Miss Cleo from back in the day. Unless someone gets a case of the guilts or spends their ill-gotten gain foolishly, it won’t be found out till Cissy OR BK are gone. I can see why the mortuary personnel wold be blamed first but, family can have access to the body at almost all times w/o restriction as well. Now that the cyber world is saturated with the photo, finding the culprit is moot.
Dear Ms Cissy Houston. Wrong yes and I would be angry to if I were you, It was wrong Disrespectful to you and Bobbi. Morbid yes. But she was as Beautiful in death and she was in life. Just know that the people that have seen her picture says that she was beautiful. She gone now and just maybe she wanted the world to see her. You had a very lovely gifted Young lady. But her book of life has been close just know that raised one awesome girl into being a women of the world. God Bless Ms Houston.

I empathize with Cissy, but what are the chances that everyone who was allowed in the funeral home will be required, let alone, complete a lie detector test? Hopefully someone will come forward and “rat” the culprit out.
