*A group of African-Americans, including the Los Angeles Urban League, black media professionals, and community activists will meet with KFI 640 station management and John Kobylt and Ken Chiampou of the “John and Ken Show” to discuss their calling of Whitney Houston a “crack ho.” [HEAR it HERE]. The meeting will take place Monday, February 27, 2012 at 2 p.m. with a press conference to follow at 3:15 outside of KFI.
When talking about reports of Houston’s odd behavior before her death Saturday, they said: “It’s like, ‘Ah Jesus . . . here comes the crack ho again, what’s she gonna do.”
The duo talked about Houston’s past drug problems, at one point saying she was “cracked out for 20 years.”
When talking about her drug problems and death, they said: “Really, it took this long?”
KFI announced the suspension Thursday, saying John Kobylt and Ken Chiampou would be back on the air Feb. 27.
