*LeBron James had enough of the hecklers.
During the fourth quarter against the lowly Washington Wizards over the weekend, the Miami Heat superstar got in a fan’s face and threatened to light his ass up.
According to NBC Washington’s Sarah Kogod, the fan, a knuckle head named Bob Moore, received an earful from LeBron after sharing some obviously triggering comments about LeBron’s mother and former teammate Delonte West.
According to Moore, LeBron said: “The only reason you talk sh*t is because you know I can’t come off the court right now and beat your ass”
He allegedly continued saying, “But if I had a free pass, I’d kick your ass right now.”
Moore replied, “I’m right here baby. Let’s go” before security stepped in.
What do you expect? If LeBron actually went up there and whooped some arse, how would that look for his team, his sponsors and let alone his kids?
But LeBron’s reaction wasn’t all that great either, according to some critics. Some say just ignore the comments and keep it pushing. That’s what fans do right?
Yes, but as Chris Rock would say, “I don’t condone his actions, but I understand.”

The reason why this type of shyt happens is that all the NBA cares about is lining its pocket with as much gate proceeds as they can.
“We don’t want to start banning season ticket holders for telling someone about their moma.”
In England, this would not be tolerated at a soccer game. Any type of racist or insulting behavior could lead to a life time ban. They just want to catch you in the act.
Last weekend, they caught this guy on camera, like way up in the stands doing a monkey gesture. This was in response to an incident between a black player and a racist player from Uruguay. That fan is now looking at a life time ban.
How is it appropriate for a fan to verbally abuse a player like that, but if the player as much as respond verbally, David Stern wants to take him to the cleaners?
I hear you loud and clear. You are dead wrong talking about this wouldn’t be tolerated in England. Threats are made to players and things are said ALL OF THE TIME. ALL OF THE TIME. You’re trippin. You must not have seen the fights and riots that have broken out. Why is it that you only point out the monkey gesture thing? That was RACIAL AND DUDE GOT CAUGHT ON CAMERA. There is low tolerance for that. I will give you that. You think that was the first time that has happened? Heckling happens in soccer MORE than it does in basketball. The NBA is more lenient. In your last paragraph you are wrong sort of. The guy that heckled Ron Artest in Detroit that caused that huge fight has been banned. A few other fans have been removed/banned as well. It happens, just not a lot.
I’m not saying shit doesn’t happen over there, but you are not going to find a guy insulting a player’s mother like that and allowed to stay in the stadium. It’s like you have to have a riot like in Detroit for them to go after someone here.
So based on your argument, Lebron would have to go in the stands after the heckler and cause a riot for them to do something about him. I mean, if Artest didn’t respond in like manner, would they even have thrown the guy out of the arena at that point?
The NBA doesn’t seem to respect the players.
These are just Stern’s n*****, to be out there providing entertainment for white people and be subjected to any abuse they might hurl at them. Like circus clowns to entertain and be the butt of the audience jokes.
As Bryant Gumble says, “his efforts were typical of a commissioner, who has always seemed eager to be viewed as some kind of modern plantation overseer treating NBA men as if they were his boys.
Some will, of course, cringe at that characterization, but Stern’s disdain for the players is as palpable and pathetic as his motives are transparent.”
Why wouldn’t a commissioner be concerned about the dignity of his players?
You “King James”, the source of million of revenues for this organization, but have to be subject to that type of abuse on any given night.
Whatever it takes to collect at the expense of he players. They just need to suck it up.
