*Willow Smith has whipped her hair all the way off.
The 11-year-old daughter of Will and Jada Pinkett Smith posted a photo on her WhoSay page via Twitter on Thursday showing her newly-shaved head – with no explanation for the drastic change.
Smith, who now looks like her father’s twin, scored a hit in 2010 with her song and video for “Whip My Hair.” She’s currently preparing to star in a remake of the 1977 musical “Annie,” produced by Jay-Z.

*Sips pimp juice* I can’t wait for the replies! LOL
Now we know what Will looked like when he was 11.
It’s just hair people nobody’s life is in danger.
spoken like an average man, this kid afforded too much liberty. Jane & John Doe, would’ve been put in jail for allowing their child to do this. “Wallow” doesn’t have parents, she has playmates.
Where I live kids jack up their hair all the time an nobody is getting jail time for it. I don’t necessarily approve of it but hey if their is a parental figure in their life, what is there to say? As for Willow, obviously there are resources parental and otherwise available to her that we can only imagine. Indulging a little self-expression may irritate others but somehow I think that is part of it. So I just choose to keep it move’n.
There must be a REASON for this (i.e., some role in a movie, etc.) My grandmother always said, “Your hair is your GLORY.”
I wouldn’t allow her to do this if she were my child. But, I certainly don’t impose my beliefs on others and how they choose to parent their children.
If Will and Jada are cool with it, then so be it. They are her parents. As someone else wrote, it is just hair. It does grow back folks.:-) Trust me, I wore my hair like that for years. Now my hair reaches a little beyond my armpit.
A haircut by itself, no matter how short, is no cause for alarm or need to send a child to a psychologist. Willow seems to be a perfectly mentally-adjusted child who is expressing herself through her hair or lack of hair. I think she’ll be fine. The bruhaha over hair is much ado about nothing.
