*Sanaa Lathan has a new role and this time it’s for the small screen.
According to Deadline.com, the actress will play Mona in Starz series, “Boss.”
Mona is Chicago mayor Tom Kane’s “incorruptible new chief of staff, who becomes an obsession for him.”
The new series is gaining momentum in the small screen world and is beginning to gain respect and attention in the industry.
And speaking of attention, Lathan has been somewhat MIA for quite sometime lately. Perhaps this role will give her a boost back in the game.
Love this show… Sanaa should do well.

She’s one of my favorite actresses. Sanaa does a lot of Broadway along with being the voice of a cartoon.character. I can’t recall the cartoon but shes been very busy.
