The cable TV/News busy body and legal commentator appeared on CNN this afternoon to weigh in on the singer’s death.
‘I’d like to know who was around her, who, if anyone gave her drugs – following alcohol and drugs – and who let her slip, or pushed her, underneath that water? Apparently, no signs of force or trauma to the body…’
Grace then added: ‘Who let Whitney Houston go under her water?’
CNN later distanced itself from Grace’s comments, as anchor Don Lemon said: ‘That is not CNN’s reporting. We don’t know that to be true.’
Grace’s on-air remarks in the past have drawn backlash from the legal teams of such high-profile defendants as the Duke lacrosse players and Casey Anthony.
In 2006, Grace came under fire when Melinda Duckett, the mother of a missing toddler, killed herself the day after a heated interview with her.
Somewhere Roland Martin is pulling what’s left of his hair out and wondering how this crazy woman can keep her job while clearly making unsubstantiated reports on CNN’s air while he get’s suspended for making jokes on his own time.
