*Now Bobby Brown’s got another problem to deal with.
He’s being charged with a DUI after being arrested during a traffic stop in Los Angeles on Monday. The city attorney’s spokesman Frank Mateljan said brown was charged Wednesday with three misdemeanors, including two DUI-related counts and one for driving with suspended license.
The singer faces up to six months in jail if he is convicted.
He was pulled over for talking on his cell phone, according to his lawyer, Tiffany Feder. He was not pulled over for driving recklessly or suspiciously.
“He was speaking on his cell phone. Mr. Brown has not been convicted of anything associated with this incident,” said Feder. “Mr. Brown is taking this matter seriously and an investigation is underway. The legal process shall run its course.”
His first court appearance is scheduled for April 16.
