*Technology has officially overstepped its boundaries in its attempt to take the soul from the people and completely annihilate all forms of social empathy.
We’re already stuck in our homes and individualized by Facebook and other social networks. But now, they suggest making the homeless into mobile hot spots? Really?
According to the Los Angeles Times, the idea started at the SXSW Interactive Conference in Austin, Texas. The “homeless hot spot” experiment was supposed to be a charitable way to help out the homeless by paying them for speedy Internet access.

Neither Obama nor the Republicans will will do anything for the poor or homeless. So what would you have them do?
Some of these homeless people had their homes stolen by the banks, from whom Eric Holder only demanded $2000 in compensation. What the fuck is that supposed to do? Why couldn’t he mandate that the banks get all these people back into a home and put the $2000 to any closing costs, which the thieves themselves should cover, anyway.
While you and Obama sit at home watching TV and drinking cognac, some of these folks worrying where the next meal will come from. Don’t knock their hustle or the folks providing the opportunity. If anything, encourage more enterprising ventures like this.
