*A former producer who worked on Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ latest album is suing the Bad Boy Mogul for sexual assault.
The new lawsuit comes three months after Diddy settled a $30 million dollar lawsuit with Cassie after she accused him of rape, sex trafficking and domestic violence.
In this latest lawsuit filed in New York Federal court, Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, 54, claims that for more than a year, Combs sexually harassed, drugged, and threatened him, NBC News reports.
Jones claims he served as Comb’s videographer while traveling with him from September 2022 to November 2023. Throughout this period, he documented extensive video and audio evidence of Combs, his associates, and additional individuals participating in significant unlawful activities.
One of the allegations is that Combs coerced Jones into arranging sex workers and insisted on his involvement in unwanted sexual acts with them and others. Additionally, it’s claimed that Combs provided spiked alcoholic drinks to guests at his parties.

Jones claims to have footage of “Mr. Combs providing laced alcoholic beverages to minors and sex workers at his homes in California, New York, the U. S. Virgin Islands, and Florida.”
“Litigation should never be the first option for a dispute. We filed because of the refusal to negotiate on the other side,” Jones’ attorney Tyrone A. Blackburn told People.
In a statement to People, Comb’s attorney, Shawn Holley, called Lil Rod “a liar who filed a $30 million lawsuit shamelessly looking for an undeserved payday.”
Holley added, “His reckless name-dropping about events that are pure fiction and simply did not happen is nothing more than a transparent attempt to garner headlines. We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies. Our attempts to share this proof with Mr. Jones’ attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, have been ignored, as Mr. Blackburn refuses to return our calls. We will address these outlandish allegations in court and take all appropriate action against those who make them.”
Combs’ adult son, Justin Combs, is among those named as defendants in Jones’ 73-page lawsuit.
A rep for Justin told TMZ, “Justin Combs categorically denies these absurd allegations. They are all lies! This is a a clear example of a desperate person taking desperate measures in hopes of a payday. There will be legal consequences for ALL defamatory statements made about the Combs family.”
Jones is seeking $30 million.
