*Tupac Shakur was one of the best hip hop artists, arguably the best hip hop artist, that the world had ever seen.

For a long time, there were many conspiracy theories that he was living on an island in the Caribbean living like the elusive Makaveli pseudonym he assumed to write his last album.

Now another “fan” is putting together a musical that celebrates the work of the fallen rapper.
