Jacksons Announce US Tour; First Since 1984′s ‘Victory’

*The Jacksons are returning to the stage this summer with their first U.S. outing since the siblings’ groundbreaking Victory Tour in 1984.

Dubbed Unity Tour 2012, the trek – featuring brothers Jackie, Jermaine, Marlon and Tito – will kick off on June 18 in Louisville, KY and visit nearly 30 cities – including Cleveland, New York, Washington DC and Atlanta – before wrapping on July 29 in Snoqualmie, WA.

“This is a dream coming true,” said Jackie Jackson of the tour. “I can’t believe this is finally happening. There’s nothing like having all the brothers on stage at the same time. This will be exciting for our fans around the world– and I know at each concert, MJ’s spirit will be in the house with us.”

Honoring Michael’s memory and bringing the fans all the timeless hits is also important for Jermaine. “I am so happy and excited to perform again onstage with my brothers,” he said. “I can’t wait to sing all the songs that were so much a part of all of our lives. We are ready and committed to keep the family’s legacy alive and perform once again with the highest level of excellence, creativity, and most of all, integrity.”

Current tour dates are listed below, with additional dates forthcoming. Tickets go on sale in select cities today (April 6). For more information and tour dates, please go to www.thejacksons.com.

I see Ontario is the only non-american venue and the others can only mean they aren’t expecting a stampede. LoL, may as well throw Latoya into this mess, not much else can bring it down. I hope the border patrol checks passports, ’cause you know Jermaine may not make it home again.

  4. After all these years, and now that Michael is gone I would like to see the talent in these 4 that I’d never seen before. Or maybe I’ll just watch for low ticket sales and cancellations.

“I can’t believe this is finally happening.”
