*At first the divorce between Heidi Klum and Seal appeared civil and as peaceful as possible. But there was a recent glitch that’s provoked a response from Seal.
According to TMZ, there was a post-nuptial agreement, which means there are no joint or community assets.
But his paperwork states the contrary.

Just for the record, Klum is worth an estimated $70 million while Seal is worth around $15 million.
Seal is also asking for joint custody of their four children, but mama wants primary custody. And she may get what she wants since he’s away quite a bit on tour.
Spousal support is also in question. Seal doesn’t want to pay up and his asking the judge’s blessing to honor his request. But observers say neither of them will likely get spousal support.
And, as for the date of separation, Seal is non-committal. He says it has not been determined. Heidi claims the date of separation was January 19, 2012.
Amicable??? yeah right who did not see this coming??? Heidi is mad also htat Seal has been talking to the media bout their marriage etc so there you go. Seal had better man up and stand his ground and not be a wimp either. PS. rumor has it that Heidi has been seen with another guy. I do not know how true the rumor is so we shall see.
I knew all of that cooing and being kissy kissy with each other and Heid always dishing out marriage advice and going into great detail on their sex life etc was too good to be true, it was OVERKILL personified.
I always felt there was another man in her life since they usually don’t swear off their own people. Maybe she’ll cap it off with another white kid as a bookend for the first one. That woman is as phony as a two dollar bill.
She and Christy Brinkley need to team up, fake + fake = 0, which means maybe they’ll disappear. I think Seal wants custody, so he can do something with those kids hair!! Just a funky mess and that big one looks like he’s sucking on a foot.
Yeah this one looks like it will turn ugly. Oh well, I bet Seal would have never thought she would do him in this way since he saved her from the ole rich guy. Having anniversaries evry year and all the extraness on their show was all a faux. Yes, of course she had a man for awhile and this was planned out very well.
