*A new study that CNN is exploring is teaching many of us that we need to speak to our children about race.
While the video shows that many white children have negative ideas of what their parents would think if they brought over or had a black friend, the video also shows many black children who feel they should stick to their own.
The statistics compiled in the video show that 70 percent of white kids have more issues interacting with black children than vice versa.
One black child said that she was barred from being the friend of a white girl because of her skin color.

SAD!!! childre of whatever race will play together and be friends if the parents would not interject their prejudice views upon them.
Not surprising at all! The vast majority of non-Blacks are indoctrinated against Blacks and kids aren’t as subtle as their racist parents are.

Black Children More Positive About Interacting With White Kids?
White people. I wonder what we would do if they all suddenly disappeared from the face of the earth.
This is truly sad to read because the parents of these kids would have come through the Civil Rights era. This is in contrast to the reports that the younger generation is more color blind. The kids may be more colorblind. However, if their parents are teaching them how to be prejudice, then all hope is lost or dwindling.
Didn’t this sort of thing belong to the Pre-Civil Rights America? Weren’t we suppose to be growing more progressively?
I grew up in a very mixed neighborhood. Except for an interracial couple on our block, we were the only black family. The rest of the neighborhood was Jewish, Asian immigrants. We all socialized with each other. And this was the 60s and 70s. What is happening to our world? Or we regressing?
