Alicia Keys attends the 98th Annual White House Correspondents' Association Dinner at the Washington Hilton on April 28, 2012 in Washington
*R&B star Alicia Keys has travelled to a tiny village in Wisconsin to record with Bon Iver frontman Justin Vernon, reports WENN.
The band took home Best New Artist at this year’s Grammy Awards and Vernon’s unique falsetto was spoofed by Justin Timberlake earlier this year on “Saturday Night Live.”
Keys jetted out to Fall Creek (population 1,000) to collaborate with the cult rocker, who has also worked with Kanye West.
Vernon told Vibe magazine he was “blown away” by her talent. “It’s easy to see the pop world trying to take over Alicia. But I see her as someone who is desperately trying to stay on the far left hand of that,” he said. “She really cares about music and she knows everything. It’s cool to see her in her spot, doing something different.”
Below, Justin Vernon’s take on “I Can’t Make You Love Me.”

OMG i’m going to die alicia working with justin! Her next album is going to be amazing i can’t wait.
