allen iverson & stephon Marbury*Allen Iverson still has love for the game and is trying desperately to get signed somewhere. Currently he’s checking out the Chinese basketball market.

He played Sunday night with the US Legends against the CBA champs, Stephon Marbury’s Beijing Ducks, a charity event.

Iverson, 37, arrived in Shanghai on Thursday for a two-week promotional basketball tour, where he will team up with other NBA stars including Dennis Rodman, Clyde Drexler, Shawn Kemp to play against three Chinese Basketball Association teams in seven games.

  1. China, for real. Fuck the NBA and Massa Stern. A lot of these players still have skills but they won’t take them back in the NBA. I remember after that cracka Kurt Rambis kicked Rodman off the Lakers because he was barefoot one day, he tried numerous times to get back in the NBA. But Massa Stern would not let him back in. That’s years ago when Rodman was still one of the best rebounder in the league. I don’t know about now, but Iverson was still a lethal threat when NBA teams decided they didn’t want to have anything more to do with him.

So China is not just a savior for GM, but also for NBA players who’s been hated on by the league.
