Looking at how Beyoncé went from a curvy, voluptuous woman with a little baby fat in all the right places back to sexy and fit in just a few months, after giving birth to baby Blue Ivy, you have to wonder what she did.
The young diva admitted that the pounds melted with the help of breast feeding. Yes, breast feeding.
In a recent interview, she admitted she put on a jaw dropping 50 pounds, 20 of it was gained in the last month alone.
“After being pumped with those fluids and gaining so much weight … I barely recognized myself,” she told People.”
After giving birth, Beyoncé breast fed Blue Ivy for 10 weeks.
“I encourage women to do it; it’s just so good for the baby and good for myself,” she claimed.
But on top of breast feeding, she did go on a pretty strict diet and got back in the groove of working out. With a three to four day workout regimen, the singer was back to her regular shape.
