In a recent interview, she admitted she put on a jaw dropping 50 pounds, 20 of it was gained in the last month alone.
“After being pumped with those fluids and gaining so much weight … I barely recognized myself,” she told People.”

After giving birth, Beyoncé breast fed Blue Ivy for 10 weeks.
“I encourage women to do it; it’s just so good for the baby and good for myself,” she claimed.
But on top of breast feeding, she did go on a pretty strict diet and got back in the groove of working out. With a three to four day workout regimen, the singer was back to her regular shape.

What Beyonce’ said IS true. I was 28 when I had my child and I breast feed for 6 weeks. Everyone complimented me on how quickly I had lost my “baby” weight. If people did not know me, they would not have known that I had recently given birth. Maybe it depends on your age or something, but it worked for me!
