New Jamie Foxx Pics Released from ‘Django Unchained’

*Columbia Pictures has released new stills from the set of Quentin Tarantino’s film “Django Unchained.”

As previously reported, Jamie Foxx stars as Django, a freed slave who treks across America with Dr. King Schultz (Christoph Waltz), a German dentist turned bounty hunter. Together, they try to retrieve Django’s wife Broomhilda (Kerry Washington) from the charming but sadistic plantation owner Calvin Candie (Leonardo DiCaprio) and his band of ruthless slavers.

Principal photography began in California in November 2011, and followed in Wyoming in February and Louisiana in March. The film is scheduled to be released on Christmas day.
