*EUR received an email notification from Courtney Barnes, Ray J’s publicist saying that the singer/actor has been in a Las Vegas area hospital since the early morning of Monday, May 21, and will remain there for treatment for exhaustion and jet lag.
Barnes says Ray J was in ‘Vegas hosting a launch party for the product he is endorsing, Prince Reigns Hair Serum, and to attend the Billboard Awards.

*TMZ is reporting that Ray J experienced some sort of health issue the morning after the Billboard Music Awards and ended up in the hospital.

According to the website, “Ray J was extremely upset after his confrontation with Whitney Houston’s family — notably Pat Houston — during the awards ceremony. On Monday morning, someone went into Ray J’s hotel room and realized the singer was ‘out of it’ and couldn’t get out of bed.
“We’re told Ray J was extremely disoriented and was immediately taken to the hospital by ambulance.
“As for what happened … it’s looking like a combo of exhaustion and stress. Ray J had just returned from a quick, 32-hour round trip to China and when he landed he immediately drove 4 hours to Las Vegas for the awards show.”
At press time, Ray J was still in the hospital, according to TMZ. No word on when he’ll be released.

The story this morning was that he did NOT have a dispute with Pat Houston that the producers of the BMA were asking him move from the seat and he refused and Pat Houston’s security got involved and she told them I have 6 tickets and and please let him stay in the seat she had no problem with him sitting there according to Kevin Frazier The Insider) who said he talked to Pat that is what was reported on the TJMS

Whatever! I heard on the TJMS-Entertainment segment with Kevin Frazier too and I still say to Ray J sit yo ass down somewhere after your hospital stay and quit trying to be something you’re not. You not even on the level that your sister once was. If you’d have stayed your ass at home maybe there wouldn’ve have been a confrontation.
Ray J just like to be in the spotlight. He loved all the attention of being associated with Whitney when she was alive and still somehow managed to stay in the spotlight after her death through that same association.

I like Ray J, hopefully he is ok. Truth be told, I believe he has MORE talent than Brandy. He sings better and his acting is about the same. Neither are super talented, but they are managing to stay a float, which is more than a lot of the so called ‘entertainers’ of the same caliber. I think WHITNEY got more lime-light with being with him then the other way around, cause you wondered what drug she was on NOW to be fooling with RAY J??? Every where Whitney went when she was in LA the paps followed her!!!! No one is checking for Ray J!!!!! Ray J is no A-list star and is better known as Brandy’s younger brother and Kim K sex tape partner.
She didn’t NEED the lime-light, but she, as you said, got MORE press because of her relations(hip) with Ray J(???) Who would have EVER put them two together, but then, the same was said about Bobby. So it kinda made her look desperate, which was more fodder for the press! My point was, that Ray J didn’t get nuthin but a few flash bulbs when seen with her, it didn’t put him on any ” one to watch” either.
However we might feel about Ray Norwood, Whitney thought he was a gem.
Brandy is a terrific songwriter and a good singer to boot.
If you like that whisperin canary sound! she doesn’t have a bad voice, can carry a tune, but no surprise that she is not a Supa Star, and neither is Ray J, who I think also can carry a tune and have good acting (and other video taped) skills! LOL.( Which is why he was such a gem to Whitney!!)

Ray-J has an image problem. He never caught on like his sister did, something that vexed their manager mom Sonja, and he’s known more for being an alleged womanizer and in Hollywood is whispered to be a shady, greasy person. Best to stay out of the story and keep the sleaze factor down because compared to Whitney’s legacy- the good and the bad – he is a mere footnote and no one needs the ex-boyfriend hovering around when not even the ex-husband can do it. Just leave them alone and tend to your own family is what I would do. Whitney is at peace and he needs to bow out of the story. Period.
