*Bobbi Kristina Brown, 19, took the stage at Sunday’s Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas to thank fans for the outpouring of support since the Feb. 11 death of her mother Whitney Houston in Beverly Hills.
The late singer was the posthumous recipient of the Millennium Award, with Whoopi Goldberg introducing two tribute performances: John Legend, who sang “The Greatest Love of All,” and Houston’s “Sparkle” costar Jordin Sparks, who sang “I Will Always Love You.”
Bobbi Kristina cried during Sparks’ cover of her mother’s biggest hit. But she had gotten herself together by the time she and her aunt, Patricia Houston, ascended to the stage to accept the award.
“I just want to say thank you to everyone who’s supported us through it all. Not just from when it was good, but when it was bad, too. Just everything,” said Bobbi Kristina, who famously struggled in the wake of her mother’s shocking passing. “Thank you so much for showing that much love, because she deserved it. She did. I’m just blessed to have been in such an incredible woman’s life. There will never be another one, never, and I thank you, all of you, fans, everyone, thank you so much.”

I felt for Bobbi K when Jordan was singing she wa over taken by emotion. Her acceptance speech was good BUT as I stated earlier Pat was not needed on stage and should of had hte decency to let Bobbi K go by herself. Pat Houston irks me ever since the Oprah interview she just seems shady IMO!!
Why was pat and husband and that other person was there it is about bobbi kris she was whitney baby not them she did good to me she did not need them to come up with her it about bobbi not them. God bless you Bobbi kris.
Babycakes, yessssssss. She it is the hell out of me and appears very shady. I think she truly enjoys the aftermath of Whitney’s death to get the attention she wanted since she was able to deliver as a singer. Her and Gary will continue to attach themselves to BK since she is the new gold mine.
Babycakes, If I didn’t know better, I would have thought you were watching it with me last night. That’s the phrase I used for Pat. She is comes off shady. Gary too! All three of Cissy’s children had issues with drugs. I feel like Pat and Gary don’t have Bobbi Kristina’s best interest at heart. I hope I am wrong.
