*The ongoing battle between baby daddy Chris Bosh and baby mama Allison Mathis took another turn.
Jose Lambiet’s Gossip Extra is reporting that on the week that the Miami Heat celebrate their world championship, that Bosh, one of it’s star players, is now threatening to sue Mathis.
Read on for the details.
In a demand letter sent Wednesday by Atlanta lawyer C. Anthony Mulrain, Bosh threatens to sue 31-year-old Allison Mathis for invasion of privacy.

As if he didn’t have anything better to do on his post-NBA Finals glow, Bosh sicked his lawyers on Mathis after she used the limelight to publicize the fact that she lost her job and applied for food stamps.

Mathis also revealed, among other things, that Bosh’s payments for the support of their three-year-old daughter Trinity total about $2,600 – this, while Bosh gets about $18 million a year just from the Heat.
The letter also asks Mathis to ensure that a cellphone video that she and Bosh shot of one another at the moment they learned she was pregnant with Trinity in 2008 disappear from the web.
The video was obtained exclusively by Gossip Extra, and Bosh also demanded that the site erase it. (see it below)
Because the footage was offered by Mathis and because Bosh is a public figure who acknowledged fathering the little girl, Gossip Extra had responded that the video would remain.
In court papers filed in Orlando, where Mathis lives, Bosh claims he doesn’t really live in Florida but in Texas, where his child support judgment was obtained. If Florida guidelines were applied, he could be forced to pay $15,000 to $20,000 per month.
Bosh, by the way, makes his current payments to Trinity religiously and sends for her in a chauffeured limo at least twice a month. Mathis also acknowledged she received a $250,000 lump sum payment from Bosh after he sold a house that they co-owned in Texas.

What happened to the 250k?
So, what he gave her $250k for a Home they CO-OWNED. That was her portion of the profit! That money has NOTHING to do with child support… This dude really, really hates her, huh? Trinity needs Gloria Allred.
What the hell is Gloria Allred going to do, but get publicity for herself? What has she done for anybody lately? When was the last time tht she represented anyone that actually went to trial instead of just holding a press conference?
$2,600 a month isn’t sufficient for a 3 year old?
So all the stupid responses from stupid people asking how he could abandon his poor child and baby mamma shows what now?…That people were/are stupid.
She had 250k dollars and now applying for food stamps? Yep, I knew the lady was a tramp.
Herbs my man, I agree with you. I still want to know why the support he is providing isn’t enough.
The thing is, that bitch doesn’t want to work anymore. She just wants to live/profit off of Chris’ money and fame. Then again I could be wrong. *smirks*
You know if this was an extortion case, Gloria All”green” would be all over it like stink on a fart. Anybody with half of brain knows damn well, she didn’t apply for any food stamps…that was just a ploy to get media attention to make him look like a real sorry ass man but the shit will backfire…if she can’t figure it how to support a 3 year old with $2600 a month, then he should get custody until she can…
1. Child Advocate in Texas has already stated that Bosh’s daughter needs for her support and well being is just under $2,700 monthly.
2. Bosh agreed 100% for expenses and supplies for preschool and extracurricular and developmental activities.
3. Bosh pays his daughter medical and dental insurance.
4. Bosh established a college education funds for his daughter.
5. Bosh had given his baby mama 250K in 2010.
*Apparently Bosh is supporting his daughter very well. He has met the requirement in regard to child support as well as the additional activities that he was never ask by the courts to pay etc. He makes 18 million, or more per year. Sure if Bosh wanted to he could help his ex-girlfriend Allison Mathis out even more. However, that does NOT seem to be his choice to do so. In regard to his ex and her unemployment, lack of funds, he’s legally not obligated to provide for her.
*What did his ex-girlfriend do with the 250K that Bosh gave her? Was this cash money, or money that was put down on a home or what?
*By any chance if his ex can no longer support herself and their child, then maybe she should consider temporary custody of the child to Bosh until she gets back on her feet etc.
*On the other hand certain things that has been said to the media kind of puts Bosh in a different light. No wonder he is threatening to sue his baby mama. Off the courts Bosh spends time in and out of court keeping his ex in line regarding dirty laundry.
I understand how Bosh feels with her having his business all out in the street, but she’s not doing anything illegal. Maybe he needs to get a new lawyer. I guess since they were able to get her fired from basketball wives, they are now embolden to think that they can intimidate her as they like. But he needs to remember that she wasn’t dropped from BW because she was doing anything illegal. If I was her lawyer, I would just laugh at these threats and let them bring it on. What Bosh needs is a lawyer with some class. Respond by highlighting the fact that he is paying 100% for extracurricular activities, medical, dental and all the school stuff. But coming off with these empty threats is only making his client look bad. The woman is unemployed and they already got her to lose the BW gig, so who do you think will get the public sympathy? Bosh and his Becky?!
I think she should give the child to the father, get a full time job and take classes at night until she finish. Then get the child back and get her a nice apartment.
