Don Cheadle Backs Reading Initiative for Poor Kids (Video)

*Don Cheadle has thrown his support behind a literacy organization in an effort to get more kids in America reading.

The actor is backing Reading is Fundamental’s latest initiative, Book People Unite, which aims to provide literature for children living in poverty.

Cheadle is asking his Twitter followers to help the cause.

“Fact: only 1 book for every 300 kids living in poverty,” he tweeted. “Watch RIF’s PSA [below] & help get books to kids.”
