*EURweb.com’s Black Music Month Artist Spotlight captures the sizzle of Kim Yarbrough, a finalist on the 2012 Season of NBC’s The Voice.  Kim is classically trained and she sings in every style, from Broadway to blues.  She has been compared to Aretha Franklin, Nancy Wilson, Jennifer Hudson and Barbara Streisand.

Miss Yarbrough is also an actress, and violinist who has performed in Memphis (her hometown), Los Angeles, Paris, Las Vegas and around the globe.   Kim has two CDs, available on iTunes and Amazon: a single, “Nice and Slow” and “Dharma 888”, an EP of inspirational songs, including “Road to Freedom”, inspired by and written for the feature film, “The Great Debaters.”

A new album is on the way but EURweb invites fans to download her existing “Darma 888 Inspirational EP’ and her previously released and provocative single “Nice and Slow.”
