*Federal prosecutors have charged five-time Grammy winner Lauryn Hill with willfully failing to file income tax returns with the IRS, reports the Associated Press.

Authorities say Hill earned more than $1.6 million during the three years that she didn’t file. Prosecutors say her primary source of income is royalties from the recording and film industries.
The 37-year-old South Orange, N.J., resident is scheduled to appear before a federal magistrate on June 29.

I am sick of the “Lock her ass up” type comments. You have to know whats really going on. True she may not have filed but why is it that only black artist and actors are targeted? You know we are not the only people who don’t file. Believe it or not the IRS along with FBI etc work together to bring down our actors and actresses. I saw a documentary on this subject anyhoo stop throwing your sisters to YT. She just needs to render to Ceaser what belongs to Ceaser and be able to keep it moving!!!!
