The Mark Burnett-produced event, dubbed VGA Ten this year to mark its 10th anniversary, hands out honors and features world premieres of upcoming titles.
Jackson, who also hosted Spike’s VGAs from 2005-2007, will also emcee the BET Awards on July 1.
