“Basketball Wives” star and executive producer Shaunie O’Neal says the recent firing of three cast members was a decision made by higher ups, and that she learned of their removal when everyone else did, sources close to Shaunie tell TMZ.

As previously reported, Jennifer Williams, Royce Reed and Kesha Nichols were given their walking papers last week. But Shaunie is telling friends, despite the accusations, the cuts were not made by her and that she was blindsided by the news.
Sources close to Shaunie (who is also an executive producer on the show) tell TMZ she was blindsided by the news. She says the production company leaves her in the dark about everything after she butted heads with them over the violent direction the show was headed, TMZ reports.
According to the website, Shaunie is upset over the current situation and wants the production company, Shed Media, to know she is willing to walk away from the series if it becomes something she no longer believes in.

The rating had dropped by over 600,000 watchers , see what happen in your next episodes count out the people with morals,respect, conscious ,and the love for each other. Get a child show for black kids hell you have enough start at home you trip is worthless to those like me who are looking for another successful black women that takes pride in “Being Black and Being a Single Black women and mother.

Trash belongs in the trash can. Basketball wives, or is it basketball players girlfriends, or is it basketball players ex-girlfriends, or is it I slept with somebody else’s husband who was a basketball player or is it sleeping with a football player but I’m on a show about basketwives, or is it had a baby by a basketball player or it’s none of these. IT’S TRASH SO PUT THE SHOW WHERE IT BELONGS IN THE TRASH!!!

Let me get this straight, the “hoodrats” gets a chance to stay on the show because they act liked damn fools. so if they got up there and showed their butts like the other ones they would still have a job. These are the same females (Shaunie) stating they should not be out of job and did not like the petition that was going around. Okay, we have control of our remote controls….Lets turn OUR televisions eveytime we see ne of these BYOTCHES on television. WE do not have to watch the show. Dumb Azzes!
