Swiss Scientists Make Paralyzed Rats Walk

Those that have a chance of walking again are given their projected chances by physicians and specialists early on. But now the chances are widening for both groups.

Swiss scientists have found a way through stem cell research to break the code of the spinal cord. Gregoire Courtine and his team at Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne took rats from severe paralysis (more…)
