Tony Parker, the fleet footed point guard of the San Antonio Spurs, has filed a lawsuit against a New York City club and its operators for $20 million over a scratched retina.
He says the eye was damaged as the result of being injured during a melee involving singer Chris Brown and members of hip-hop star Drake’s entourage.
The suit was filed in State Supreme Court in Manhattan on Thursday. It says the W.i.P club in SoHo and its operators were negligent in security and supervision, which allowed the fight to take place.
Chris Brown, his girlfriend and his bodyguard were among eight injured during the fight inside the club last week. Police say members of Drake’s entourage stopped Brown as he was leaving. The fight escalated and bottles were thrown.
I expected as much Tony has every right to sue he could of lost his eye/eyesight over a stupid brawl. I expect more lawsuits from others that were injured and I think Chris and Drake might be sued too if so that should teach them a lesson. Chris and Drake both need to GROW UP!! too much money and not enough intelligence, class and integrity is a bad combination IMO!!

So they didn’t just go over to his table to start shit. They stopped him while he was trying to avoid the whole situation.
It’s becoming more and more apparent that Chris Brown was a victim in all this. So I hope folks will start assigning the blame to the appropriate individuals.
