*Last week, you may heard about the shooting death of 7-year-old girl Heaven Sutton in Chicago.
Sutton was selling candy with her mother outsider of her home when she was hit with a stray bullet and died.
Chicago Police have found the man responsible for the crime, 26-year-old alleged gang member Jerrell Dorsey, according to the Boston Herald.
He is being charged with first-degree murder and aggravated battery with a firearm and was ordered held without bail.
Dorsey’s lawyer, Eric Dunham, said his client was in the area when Sutton was killed but that he was not the shooter.
