Eddie Griffin Being Sued by Lesbian who Threw drink at Him

*A woman in the audience of funny manEddie Griffin basically attacked him after he cracked a few jokes about lesbians. A drink was thrown and the comedian responded with an “air-hump,” she contends

Now the woman, Fiona Walsh who is a lesbian, is claiming sexual assault.

As we reported, the whole event went down at Tommy T’s Comedy Club in Pleasanton, Calif. last week. All was going well and folks were cracking up until he decided to single Fiona and her partner out because of their sexual orientation.

Fiona claims Griffin pointed to her and said, “You’re a LESBIAN. All you need is a good man … I’ll volunteer my services. You won’t be needing any strap-on’s or vibrators with me.”

But he took it a step further and brought his crotch too close.

“He started to pump his hips into my face,” she said. “I felt sexually assaulted and I wanted him to stop — then I threw the drink at him to defend myself.”

She then says Griffin hopped off stage and got onto the table and started acting crazy.

“Before I could get away from him he poured a water bottle on my head and threw it at me.”

Since Griffin reacted so “interestingly,” she’s seeking an apology and compensation for public humiliation. She filed a lawsuit.
