Antone Forrest Deedward Owens, 21, has been arrested for breaking into Eugene, Oregon homes accessing the Internet to surf for porn and masturbate.

A neighborhood in Eugene, Oregon, was terrorized by 21-year old Antone Forrest Deedward Owens, who obviously didn’t make a successful transition out of puberty.
