*Of course the Jackson family drama is just too juicy for a talk shows to pass up. And obviously everybody on them has an opinion about what’s going on.
Legendary singer Gladys Knight is no different than the rest of us in that department, either. In fact, she was on CBS’ “The Talk” yesterday and weighed in on the subject of Miss Paris Jackson and all the drama she’s the center of.

Things came to a head the other day when Janet reportedly slapped Paris and called her a “spoiled little b*tch.”
Paris then reportedly slapped Janet back and said, “This is our house. Not the Jackson family house. Get the f*ck out!”
Well, let’s just say Gladys is from the old school when it comes to handling chillin’ and that would have precipitated another hands on moment, if you get our drift.
Here’s how she put it the audience of “The Talk.”
“It’s drama, that’s what it is. If you lived up under the microscope as this family does, everybody has dysfunctionality in their families, either one way or the other. See, I’m from the south and [we] was raised in that southern way. You have to understand Paris is what, 14? How old is Janet? Who’s the one who tries to direct the other one here? And I would think that it’s a good thing she let’s Paris know who she is. She is a Jackson, she shouldn’t be putting the business out there like that. Cause people read into whatever they want to read into, that’s how they get the drama. So, she’s just trying to protect her, in a way. But if she [Paris] called me that, she wouldn’t have any teeth…You respect your elders.”

I’m sorry but I have to respectfully disagree with you two. Paris was worried about her grandmother, and rightfully so. The woman who is responsible for them just disappears and she doesn’t know what’s going on. Who does Janet thank she is coming over trying to take control (o.k., sorry couldn’t resist the pun). All the siblings seem to be trying to do whatever it takes to get their hands on Michael’s money. For Janet to slap Paris??? I’m surprised that alone didn’t resurrect Michael! First of all the slap did not happen that was not true that fact has been shown in the video. Now it looks like Janet did try to take her phone. Why is she on social media trying to solve what is clearly a fmily matter., She know good and well that her grandmother was not missing. Now she may not have known exactly where she was but she had not left her and her brothers in an empty house without anyone to attend to her and her brothers. I am also talking about the total disrespect she put on twitter “I wnat her home now” who is she? to demand to know where an adult is stay in a childs place . This whole fiasco is a crying damn shame. I blame all of this dumb crazy shit on MJ. He wanted to be accepted by those who could give a rats ass about him. He named Diana Ross as a guardian to his kids and hell, she didn’t bother even attending his funeral. Then he wanted the world to believe those were his “biological” kids. OMG…the whole world has known for years the Jackson family is dysfunctional so why are we force fed their family drama…WTH cares what happens to any of them.
I disagree slightly. Michael didn’t create this mess, the man is dead. When he was alive, as eccentric as he was, he kep those kids sheilded and no one heard a thing about them. Also, those kid could very well not be his from a biological standpoint. Does that make him any less their dad? Plenty of adopted people would take issue with that. You’re right, that family is off. It’s just a shame that there are children who can’t do anything but tweet in the center of the coocoo’s nest.

Whenever so much money is at stake, it is incumbent on the person whose fortunes will be inherited, to leave a will which eliminates any doubt and confusion. Were there any witnesses to the signing of this will other than his executors, assuming that it is not a fake?
If he wants to leave his siblings out his will, that’s his prerogative, but to assign his mother with such a burdensome task, then to not expect his siblings to get involved. Please.
We understand the boy was not of sound mind having these type of kids in the first place, but that doesn’t excuse his behavior.

Ok, so Gladys Knight feels she is in a position to comment on a situation she has as much awareness of as the rest of us on a talk show and is concerned about fueling drama? Something is not right in that family. If she’s so concerned about respecting elders then Janet and the crew should be at the end of her hand also. If the statement issued by Katherine this morning is true, there’s definetly a problem. How does going to Miraval cause this much commotion? Why weren’t people alerted to that everything was ok? Who fired the house staff? I agree with f100, Janet and friends had no right to storm the castle, which was conveniently done while mama was on “vacation”. Its convenient to blame Paris and see her as the issue….but that doesn’t explain what is going on with the rest of the family. Paris isn’t the problem. Michael left those kids with his mama for a reason, which is becoming more obvious as this mess unfolds.
I agree no one has all the answers but I can tell you this if my brother had left 3 young children in the care of ny aging mother I would be more than a bit concerned about her health and well being especially since they are now entering the teenage years which we know are not easy and Ms Katherine looks a bit tired. The entire situation is extremely sad. It’s sad that Mrs. Jackson at her age has to STILL deal with all that dysfunction from within her JACKSON family. I am sure there is still more than we will ever know going on with this situation, but bottom line..Ms. Paris need to be a little bit more respectful of her elders. People talk about MJ and his kids race, and being test tube.. Regardless that was his choice, and those are his children.. you can’t erase the fact they’re here, and they’re his.. so those comments are irrelevant and ignorant.
Bottom line again is Paris need to respect her Aunt more than that. I’d probably knock the sh*t out of her if she talked to me like that..She’s a child who need to act like one. Exactly! There WAS a physical altercation that took place, but it was NOT between Janet and Paris. It was between Jermaine and Katherine’s nephew (I forgot his name). The nephew put Jermaine in a headlock and THAT was what Janet and Randy were filming on their cell phones.
