L.A. City Council Votes to Ban & Close Marijuana Dispensaries Until Further Notice

Medical marijuana dispensaries set to close up shop if Mayor signs off on city council vote.

Many want the drug to be legalized while others feel that legalizing it will surely lead to mayhem and the downfall of their neighborhoods.

Well, those on the opposing side of the argument have had their prayers answered in California.
