Meek Mill

*Blasphemous.

That’s what a Philly pastor is calling Meek Mills and Drake’s “Amen.”

In fact, Reverend Jomo K. Johnson of North Philly’s Open Air church went on Philadelphia radio station Hot 107.9 to tell the world, including Mills, his feelings on the song.

It started civil but Meek went off and spoke his mind … and so did the Pastor. To say the reverend and the rapper had a heated discussion, is putting it mildly, reports Vibe.

  1. This Meek Mills keeps claiming that he is famous. Really? How long has he been on the scene? Never heard on him.

    • Meant ‘of him’

      • He’s been a big deal around Philly for a few years and on the mixtape scene, but he’s mainly hot right now with kids because of his association with Rick Ross whom I’m sure that you’ve heard of, but he’s an idiot.

He thinks that just because he gives away a few coats, some sneakers that were donated to him by some company because of who he is and because they want to promote their products, give a few dollars here & there, and give a positive word or 2 here & there to kids around Philly that washes him clean from all of the negativity that he glorifies in his music that reaches millions of kids and influences their behavior. The kids see nothing but negative shit around them all day and then you have some rapper making the negative shit they see seem kool to be a part of.

Meek just doesn’t get. The pastor went about things the wrong way initially, but it doesn’t change the truth in what he’s saying.

  2. I’m in complete and total agreement with NYCsoul and AL-B.
