*Uh oh, it looks like war has been declared by the executors of Michael Jackson’s estate.
Reportedly, they’re going ask the court for emergency guardianship of Michael’s 3 kids … alleging that Katherine has been effectively kidnapped by Michael’s siblings and as a result his kids are in danger and without supervision.
A clue as to why they are seeking guardianship might be found in the following press statement they released:
We are acutely concerned about the welfare of Mrs. Jackson, and most particularly with Michael’s minor children.
We are concerned that we do what we can to protect them from undue influences, bullying, greed, and other unfortunate circumstances. While we do not have standing to directly intervene, we have monitored the situation and will continue to do so. We believe measures are being put in place that will help protect them from what they are having to deal with.
Meanwhile, here is what TMZ is reporting about the situation …
Sources very familiar with the situation tell TMZ … the executors feel responsible for protecting the kids … since the kids are the primary beneficiaries of their father’s estate.
As we previously reported, Katherine went off the radar more than a week ago leaving her grandkids behind as Janet, Jermaine, Randy, Rebbie and Tito executed a long-standing plan to convince Katherine that Michael’s will was a fraud and the executors had to go.

Sources tell us … this plan has been in the works for months, but here’s the problem … Even if the will was invalidated, MJ’s brothers and sisters would get zilch because the prior will also gives them nothing.
And, although we’re told Randy wants to make a move to replace the executors, that would never happen. First of all, the executors will not be removed. And second, even if they were removed, the court would never appoint someone with no background in finances.
We’re told the executors are drafting the guardianship papers now and they expect to file in the next few days.

I get the impression the executors are ready to go for the gusto, and the first order of business is to sever all ties between the kids and the Jackson family…and pit them against the Jacksons. Once that happens the funds for Katharine will be drastically reduced or may even cease altogether. It seems those dastardly white men are about to launch a PR campaign of misrepresentation against the Jacksons so they can run rough-shod over the entire family. MJ sure did love his white folkses to the very end.

Michael could NEVER do any wrong in my book, but this whole fantasy he had with those children was just FOOLISH. He wanted to be a father, and there was nothing wrong with that, but he did not think this thing through. Burdening his poor old mother OR Diana Ross with those children was NEVER a good idea.
Michael should have entrusted those children to whatever the Jehovah’s Witness equivalent of Godparents is.
I totally co-sign with you about them launching “a PR campaign of misrepresentation against the Jacksons so they can run rough-shod over the entire family.” It is a SAD, SAD thing. That family represents the American dream. They were 11 people living in a two-bedroom house in Gary, Indiana. Through hard work and perseverance, they became famous and wealthy. NOW, because of the actions of one family member, they are about to be torn down. They are being called the “cut-out siblings” in the media. It is an outrage.
While Janet, Rebbie, Jermaine, Randy and Tito insist that Michael told them he did not like the executors, I do not believe that. I believe he meant to leave those people in charge of everything.
I see right now that this Jackson issue is going to end up on the ID Channel: “The Will, Family Secrets Revealed”. Wills are in place for a reason, yet at the same time, they are so complicated. If all the loopholes are not closed, it can be up for being contested. Michael should have named a second guardian outside of this mother, did he think she would live forever? It’s going to get a lot worse before it gets better and unfortunately, these children are going to be in the middle of this mayhem, get your popcorn out because this is going to be drama!

Yes, it’s all over the place. I did not see a “throwdown” in the video. Janet would have been arrested when the police arrived, if that had happened. I truly do understand Janet’s desire to WAX THAT ASS though.

I posted several days ago this was about an attempted money grab and I still believe money is the root of all of this drama. Wasn’t Diana Ross named as a back-up guardian in the will?, well I’m not so sure she’s ready to get involved in this mess! I bet that publicity – hungry celebrity ambulance chasing stalker..oops I mean lawyer Gloria Allred will be calling a press conference to call for Child Protective Services to investigate…remember she tried this during the child molestation trial. It wouldn’t surprise me if she called for elder abuse agency to investigate what’s going on with Katherine. This is not over by any stretch..this is going to get messier.
What a mess. Here you have this black man choosing to have white kids. Then to pass this awkward situation onto his family, while choosing to leave them out of his will.
I don’t know black people. Maybe we are just destined to be screwed by whitey. When they not taking we the ones going out of our way to give them. Marrying and adopting them to cut off our own flesh and blood.
Really MJ? If you were going to do something this dumb, could you not at least have some mixed kids, since we know blacks would be out of the question.

It seems he always turned tail and ran to family and Blacks when the chips were down. I recall how he sought out Al Sharpton when Tommy Mottola was raking him over the coals. Now his own flesh and blood is in that same predicament with those cunning and disrespectful executors looking to finish them off.
