Serena Williams Defends Brandy on ‘Drop Dead Diva’

*A day after she competes in the ladies final at Wimbledon, Serena Williams will appear in an episode of Lifetime’s “Drop Dead Diva.”

On Sunday’s episode, the tennis star plays high-profile attorney Kelly Stevens, who is hired by Brandy’s character Elisa to fight for sole custody of Eric. Meanwhile, Parker (Josh Stamberg) will enlist Kim (Kate Levering) to help to prove he’s a great father. Unfortunately, that won’t be so easy.

“Drop Dead Diva” airs Sundays at 9/8c on Lifetime.
